renaming another users documents folder (Home Edition)

is there a way to "rename" or prevent another users documents folder from
showing up in other areas or other accounts ? the account in question is
the Guest Account.
 
Remove it from here: Start/Run/Regedit

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell
Folders
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders
