Rename WinNt Root Directory in Windows 2000

How do I rename the WinNt root directory after the
installation of Windows 2000 operating systems?.

If you mean you installed Win2K over an origonal o/s and didnt
Format/Install, the WinNt folder being the origonal o/s folder, then delete
it. Ensure yr boot.ini contains no ref to the origonal o/s
But if you mean something else???

Not a good idea. If you re-name it after installation, the system won't work!
WinNT is the default name for the systemroot in Windows 2000. ('Built on NT
Technology...')
