Rename "Inbox"

I've got a couple of users on my network that have a renamed Inbox. The
Inbox seems to have inhereted the name of some random folder they have (or
had) in Outlook. Mail delivery is still fine, there are no problems, but
it's a bit annoying to have an erroneously named Inbox. We're running
Outlook 2003 clients, connected to an in-house Exchange 2003 SP2 server. ANy
tips on how I can rename their Inbox? Thanks.
 
Have you tried starting Outlook once with the /resetfoldernames command-line switch?
