Rename core folder

I have a few questions, but I will make seperate posts.

BTW, when is this board scheduled for its next major downtime?

Anyway, I just cleaned up and gave my old compy to my dad. I renamed the
compy name, and some other things, but the documents and settings subfolder
that had my favorites and stuff, how do i rename that one, or shuffle all its
stuff into a new folder so i can delete it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Much love!

As long as the account was not *the* administrator account (original) - just
log on as a new user (create one) and delete it.

It was the original and only account. Does that mean i'm SOL?

Windows XP Home?
If so, you just THOUGHT it was the only account.

Reboot into Safe Mode and log in as Administrator - probably has no
password.

If Windows XP Pro, you can still create a new user, erase the C:\Documents
and Settings\OLDUSERPROFILE directory, log out and log on as the old user..
It will create a new profile based off the C:\Documents and Settings\Default
User profile.
