If you wish to rename a signature you have entered through the Tools,
Options, Mail Format, how can you do so?

I'm on Windows XP and Outlook 2003. On that combo, the signature files are
stored in C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application
Data\Microsoft\Signatures. There's an HTM, a TXT, and an RTF file for each
signature. I've renamed those files. You'll then need to use Tools,
Options, Mail Format to reselect the new name.

If you're not on XP and Outlook 2003, all bets are off.

Thanks. We are using Outlook 2003. We teach Outlook to adults. Sometimes the
students forget to name the signature. It looks like Outlook does not provide
a quick fix for that situation.
