If it's on the same disk and same partition and was not an upgrade
install(meaning win2k and xp exist now), then you have two os's overlapping,
sharing folders and files, etc.... The only way to get rid of one is format
and reinstall the one you want to keep.
If it was an upgrade install(meaning win2k doesn't exist anymore), then you
can uninstall xp from add/remove programs.
