Removing Word Replace With Works

Two different people have come to me becasue a repair person removed
msword without there knowladge and gave them mswords instead. They
don't know each other and the repair people were different, Is this
practace common?

Perhaps. But what is becoming more common practice is for repair shops
to demand that people seeking service also provide their own software
applications along with applicable Product Keys, should a re-install be
required.

If people don't have a license then they shouldn't be running the
software. So to wrongs don't maker a right. It seems that many
computer people think that they are better then anyone else. The shop
should tell people if they are going to change or remove anything. I
don't go to repair places but if I did I would make it clear that if
they **** with my computer then I will **** them up.
