removing word correction marks

I use many incomplete sentences in my resume for brevity, but when I send the
document as a "word" attachment to e-mails, I find the green grammer
correction undelines are still included with the document. How can I remove
them? I can't find any info in "help" for removin ghtis specific correction.

Select the offending text, Tools>Language>Set Language and check "Do not
check spelling and grammar"

On the Spelling & Grammar tab of Tools | Options, check the box for "Hide
grammar errors in this document."

This works quite well and is certainly the correct way of addressing the
problem, however Greg's less orthodox method is really "quick and dirty".
Thank you for the information, this forum is much more helpful than MSN tech
support.

Thank you for the information. Although Suzzane's post is a more orthodox
procedure, this is a really "quick and dirty" solution. These forums are
much more accesible and helpful than standard MSN tech support. erico
