Removing Win 2000 Server from computer

I have my system set up to dual boot to WIN 2K Pro and Win
2K Server on my hard drive. I wish to uninstall Win 2K
server from my hard drive. How can I do this. Thank You.
 
What OS is installed to the system partition?
