Removing watson register key for 2007 affect office 2003 instaled

had trial office 2007 installed. Removed it and installed office 2003
professional. Office 2007 registry key's Watson.aiirtintl.data and
watsonwatson.watsonrc.data apparently were not removed. Can not install
updates or anything as computer shows installation running. Question if I
remove the registry keys as out lined in Microsoft help Will it affect
office 2003? I can't find the original 2003 disks to reinstall. some one
in the work group has taken them. can not even download fixes as previously
suggested. help.
