I have the same problem same windows. They appeared when
I installed messenger for my daughter!!
Any help appreciated

Hi I had the same problem, I downloaded toolbar cop as
suggested but still had problems.
So in "my documents" there are 2 files WH5_1843003 &
WH5_1843003.dll these are the auto links which start the
pages erotic and IQtest,I renamed them (in case they did
anything else eg 'copy of WH5_1843003') which then
stopped them from opening. But the links in the tool bar
still remain and work.
Then I used toolcop to get rid of the buttons.
Under "I N tool bar buttons">all users click on the
individual lines and in blue, the buttons properties
appear, delete the IQ & erotic {F..........}numbers. Then
in the "Enabled BHO's" click the 1 relating to the IQ etc
and delete.

How this works (e-mail address removed)

Hi,
The "IQ Test" is actually a scam that loads a BHO into IE.

Go to: http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm
Download "Hijack This!" [freeware]

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates: "hijackthis.log")

Next, go to the below location:
http://www.spywareinfo.com/forums/

Sign in, go to the "Spyware and Hijackware Removal" section.
Press "New Topic", copy and paste hijackthis.log into your new message.

Post back with the URL where you posted if you want help with your log.
