Removing options from the Tools menu

Hi,

I recently visited an IQ test site and ever since I have
had a bookmark to it under the IE tools option. (where
windows update is). How can I get rid of this?

Use Regedit.exe and remove the item. It should be under here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions
