Removing unwanted attachment "header.htm"

when emailing attachments from Outlook 2003 to Outlook Express 6.0. an
additional attachment titled header.htm. his arriving to the recipient .
when opening it, all there is are lines. how can i prevent that from
happening? do i do something on the recipients end or mine? thank you for
your time!

The problem is on the sender's end. If you're using Word as your mail
editor, it's probably in the document template you're using. Locate and
delete Normal.dot and try again.
 
I can not remove normail.dot but i can edit it and save - after i tested by
sent an email however my email still have alot header.htm :(
Please help me how can i fix

What prevents you from deleting it? Look also for normalemail.dot. It
won't be in that folder, though.
