Removing Third-Party I.E. Toolbar (Search Toolbar)

I need help removing an I.E. Toolbar called "Search." I
tried everything that is possible to get the stinking
thing removed. I would like a complete step-by-step
instructions on how to remove it.

First option is to run Ad-Aware scan (www.lavasoftusa.com). If the toolbar
entries are not removed still,
