Removing the Language Bar....

This seems like an easy thing to do but it keeps coming back. Can anyone
help with removing the dang language bar? I would be most appreciative.

Environment is WIN2003 AD with WINXP Pro SP2 systems.

Okay...this one was really easy. It seemed to me that if I right clicked on
it and selected Close Language Bar that it would come back on the next
reboot. Not happening!

Doh!
