Removing Programs

I think there must be a microsoft GLITCH.. I use xp and
the program keeps saying it must shut down. It will not
remove programs.. and I am such an idiot I don't know how
to report it, and it is not reporting itself...LOL
What are your ideas...they will be worth trying.. Thanks

Go to Classic Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. Help and Support will
assist you in finding this.
Once there look for the program that is giving you trouble and uninstall
it.
