Removing Premium Dialler from PC

My sister is new to computing and has been informed that someone is dialling a preium number through her computer. How can we remove the dialler, please.
 
Use the F-Secure Online Scanner, Ewido and A-Squared and give her PC a good scan, then make sure she uses a good AV in the future such as Kaspersky whch should prevent such things getting there in the first place.

I would also recommend she installs Windows Defender, Ad-aware and Spybot S&D - all available free via HERE :thumb:
