pppoe problem with DSL connection

Hi,

I am having Ethernet LAN enabled on my PC(Inbuilt Ethernet). DSL Modem
is inserted in the PCI slot of the PC. (DSL connection with PPPoE)

If i create a PPPoE dialler (PPPoE comes with winxp) and try to dialout
its not dialling out. (Ethernet LAN enabled with another connection)

If i disable the Ethernet LAN which is enabled then i am able to dialout
using the PPPoE dialler with my DSL modem.

The Reason according to My understanding is the PPPoE dialler tries to
bind with Ethernet LAN and fails as it is intended for DSL. once i disable
the Ehernet LAN then dialler takes the DSL not Ethernet LAN and we can dial
out.

If My understanding is correct then what i could do, so there is no need
to diasble the Ethernet LAN for dialling out with PPPoE dialler without any
problem and at the same time it could not disturb anything with EthernetLAN.

Plese help me in this Regard
Thanx
