removing outlook express

i want to remove outlook express from my default e-mail when i click on mas
messenger it used to go to hotmail no it goes to outlook express. how do i
change it back?

Open Internet Explorer and click Tools>Internet Options>Programs. In the
"E-mail" dropdown, choose the program you want.
