Removing gaps between Records in Report Format?

Yes please!
Am using MSAccess '97.
Am trying to put together a simple DB to act as searchable glossary of
manufacturing jargon terms.
Some definitions require one sentence, & others c5 sentences.
At the moment, my Report Format leaves large gaps between Records if there
are only a few words.
Can this be set up so that it can be printed without the gaps between the
Records?
If yes, how?

Change the properties of the text box containing the
definitions so that "can grow" and "can shrink" are both
true. Ensure the vertical gap between the text box and the
next control above and below it is not too large (this
will print as blank space), and if necessary, set the same
properties for the Section in which the control sits too
(e.g. set the "Can grow" property of the Details section
to Yes).
