Removing frames from bw slide print

So I've got this presentation that when I print in grayscale it frames some
of the slides (body text) but not the cover pages (multiple cover and body
masters). I've tried checking and unchecking multiple framing options with no
luck. I'd either like to have ALL of them framed or NONE of them framed. Any
help would be greatly appreciated!!!
 
It might be easiest to force all slide to have a balck frame. Simply draw a
fine line box around each master.
