removing folders ..

hi .. i was wondering how the hell do i permanently remove the "My Ebooks" folder and kee it from reappearing everytime i delete it?..
Your help is appreciate
PS: i do have tweakui and xteq systems installed..

and move the
eBook.api file up into the Optional folder.
Or delete the damn thing like I did.
