Removing Everyone group

Hello All,
On my 2003DC I am seeing Everyone group having permission for c:\ to Read &
Execute. What type of issues can I expect to encounter if I were to change
from Everyone group to Autenicated Users.

There are no shares on this DC besides the default hidden share.
