Removing Disk Partitions and restoring space to drive c

After removing drive d partition, how do I restore this
unallocated disk space to drive c again?
 
I don't think Disk Management will do this for you unless
you upgrade to Dynamic disk. PQ Magic will definitely work.
 
I think you meant PowerQuest's PartitionMagic (VolumeManager for
servers).
