Is there a GPO that would permit remving the tab from Tools/Options from all
of my users? If not, can this be done? Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003

Thanks

The presence of the Delegates tab does not depend on a registry value (which is what group policy settings for Office work with). The Delegates functionality comes from an Exchange client extension add-in. To remove the functionality, you can delete or, better yet, rename the dlgsetp.ecf file in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office11\Addins.

Thanks Sue although the tab is still there after renaming the file. I will
play around with it a bit. Could it be getting the add-in from another
(server) location?

Did you try restarting Outlook? FWIW, it disappeared immediately here. I'll try it again, though.

The add-in is a client program. It doesn't exist on any server.
