Removing delegate's inbox

Hi all,

Using outlook 2002 with XP. Once had access to another
person's inbox, setup to have inbox open with outlook.
Now no longer have access to inbox but want to remove from
Outlook current view.

When trying to delete it, it gives error "no access to
folder". How do I remove without access to it or the
right click menu?

Can you remove it through the properties of the Exchange Server account in
Tools | E-mail Accounts?
