Removing Dead DC

Hi

I’ve just started to cleanup our AD and have noticed that there are two DC
that are no longer in use; I have been advised that the DC were just taken
off line and DCPROMO was not run on them. When I try to delete them from the
OU I get “The DSA object cannot be deletedâ€

Is there a way for getting rid of the DC’s.
