Removing command history

I am using Windows XP. Where is the history of recently
executed commands stored? I am refering to the fact that
when I use Run, and start typing a new command, it
automatically displays commands that were previously
issued that start with the same letter.

How can I delete these commands so that they do not appear?

One of these commands is a web site that I had visited. I
tried clear history from within Explorer, but the site
still appears.

Thanks.

Thanks for your time. However, that URL doesn't show up in that registry. By the way, it is not a www URL, but looks something like http://webpage.website.com. It also shows up when I go to Start | Run and type the first letter (in this example, it would be typing "w" gives me the URL above)

Any suggestions

Thanks

Ala
