Removing address window under mouse?

Does anyone know how to get rid of the address window that pops up when you
run your mouse over a hyperlink or picture in windows xp. It gets in the
way of other
discriptions put on the site by the site developer that you are trying to
read, or is also an annoyance when playing some games.

Opera? upgrade to 9.0, they took it away and I miss it.

Try Netscape-it has no such pop ups.

Opera? upgrade to 9.0, they took it away and I miss it.

I have been using Opera for several years nowl, and currently have
Version 9. The address "pop-ups" are still there, but I can make them
go away by pressing Shift.
