Removing add-in calls from outlook

I used the "remove program" function to get rid of the PSIWIN program for
communicatting with my psion. I'm left with a .dll call every time I start
Outlook. How can I get rid of the error message "Unable to load C:\Progam
Files.......\pwolplug.dll"
