Removing a Program

I dont Know If Im in the RIGHT Group?

My Question?

I want to remove TWO PROGRAMS. When I Click CHANGE/REMOVE I get a Small
Error Box with

"Could NOT Open INSTALL.LOG File"

What Can I Do ?? Please Help?

Reinstall the programs so a proper install.log is created,
then go ahead and uninstall the programs.

How Do I Re Install The Program? Its The WEATHER CHANNEL & SCREENSAVER
Im New To Installing & Removing Programs. Ive been Having Troble Removing a
POLAR EXPRESS SCREENSAVER. It says For the POLAR EXPRESS "ITS Half
UNinstallled & to Restart Computer But That Did NOT Do It
