i keep getting an error message of "could not open install.log" what can i do
about it? NE ! PLEASE HELP!!!!

First, please read this:


Secondly, presumably you are trying to un-install some software. It would
appear that the install did not work properly. Try to re-install the
software and then see if you can un-install.

i have several times....and it has spread to other programs...wher i cannot
uninstall mcafee, aol safety and security center, and other programs
