can't remove a program

when i try to remove and uninstall gozilla "wise
unistall" says could not open install.log file and
freezes the page forcing me to restart computer. What's
wrong?

Greetings

The easiest way to fix this is to reinstall the program over its current
installation. Then try and remove it.
