Removing a Program File

I uninstalled the Street Atlas mapping program some time ago. Just reinstalled it but the data disk won't install as it says it's already installed. In Add/Remove Program, there remains an entry "Street Atlas USA 2003 Data" size is 0.19MB. This was apparently from the first installation and I can't find out how to remove it. I've searched everything but the Nile. Can anyone give me a clue as to how to get this thing removed?
 
You did not state whether you tried to remove it in Control Panel/Add or Remove Programs
Have you tried it there
If it will not remove, go here
Open below URL, click "A" and scroll down to
Add and Remove -Removing Invalid Entries in the Add/Remove Programs Tool
