I am trying to remove a domain controller that has start
of authority but no longer exists. It will not allow me to
delete it b/c it is start of authority, and it won't allow
me to dcpromo it and demote it because it does not exist.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated. PLEASE EMAIL ME
RIGHT AWAY!!

Domain controllers don't have "start of authority" -- that is a
DNS concept.

Use NTDSUtil to remove an abandoned DC. Someone will
post the KB article number but you can search for it using
NTDSUtil and [ remove DC ] yourself.
