remotely removing domain controller

We currently have a domain controller that is experiencing some problems. WE
cannot log into it, because if we do it will blue screen. However it is still
functioning as a domain controller.

Is there a way to run dcpromo to demote a machine remotely? Using netdom
perhaps?

We can't log onto the machine to run Dcpromo. IS there another way?

just remove the DC from the network (ask someone to unplug the network
cable) and do a Metadata Cleanup
