Removing a name on the other folders list

In outlook I am able to go under file and open and get a
drop down list of other people's inbox and calendar that I
can open. The name of a person who is no longer here is
still on the list but I can no longer open the folder. I
have gone to the customize toolbars dialog box, and it
does not let me remove folders names. I have also gone to
the customize toolbars dialog box and tried the reset
button. This still does not remove the name. How do I make
his name go away so I don't see it on the list anymore?

The registry value was different for me...instead of 101e0390, it was
101f0390. Perhaps because I am on OL 2003. This wipes out the entire MRU
list,
I do not think you can selectively remove certain names.
