Open Other Users Folders

When sharing the calendar, inbox, contacts, etc. we use
file-open-other users folder. This works fine. My
question is how do I remove users name from the list
(file - open - Doe, John (Calendar)) if I no longer access
their folder?

you need to delete the entire list.
