When I start my computer, I always get a small message
box named "here" it says "outsideerror=0 success=0" I
have been unable to delete this box or find a file for
it. I also have a small internet toolbar that has
appeared on my start screen and I would like to also
remove it.

Hi Jamie,

At a guess, I'd say you have some adware programs installed on your system.

1) Install and run Adaware from www.lavasoft.de

2) Install and run Spyware Blaster from
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html

3) Turn on the native firewall or install a third-party one
