removing a domain loader page

does anyone out there know about how to remove a domain
loader page? i keep getting this annoying page everytime
i try to go to a search engine or if a page is not
available this link below pops up. i really need to
remove it. if anyone out there knows how to get rid of
this "pain in the butt" page please let me know. please
explain as simply as possible. i am a beginner at this
kind of thing. thanks to all inadvance. lin (i forgot
to mention it calls itself the almight search)

This appears to be an IGetNet variant. See

Spybot S&D from http://security.kolla.de/ should be able to remove it.
