Removing a crashed DC from AD

I have a crashed DC which was the only DC in a Child
domain (lab environment). I am trying to clean up AD of
the root domain, and do not want the child domain to
exist.

Anyone have an idea how to delete the DC and domain.

Just note that you will need to be logged on using an account that is a
member of Enterprise Admins.
