Removing 2k3 User profiles completely

I'm having a problem with Outlook 2003. I've spent a long time creating a
customized build for a computer, which I plan to image and deploy to many
machines soon. Sometime during the image build process, however, it seems as
if someone opened Outlook, which created a mail profile for the "build" user
that I was logged in as. When a new user creates a profile on a machine
loaded with that ghost image, it tries to open that profile.

I've had this problem a few times in the past, and it would be *very*
helpful to figure out exactly what files/registry entries need to be removed
in order to reset Outlook 2003 back to a "First-Run" state, with no
references to the old profile.

Thanks!

Remove the mail profile via Control Panel-> Mail

Thanks for responding!
Unfortunately, removing the profile doesn't seem to work. Perhaps some more
information would help...we're in an Exchange environment, and we have a
customized version of Outlook which includes an OPS, which allows us to
bypass the "create a new profile" wizard when each new user logs in for the
first time. When I tried deleting the profile and then restarted Outlook, it
prompted me for a profile name, to add an email account, etc. I'd like to
reset it to the point where it will use the OPS file to automatically
configure the profile/email account/etc. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks again!

Reapplied the OPS already? Make sure you've used variables in the OPS file
so it can apply to any user.
