Removed "Everyone" instead of "SYSTEM"

I had just intalled Nortones Systemworks and was having
some issues with the software. One of the fixes was to
ensure that in the hard disk properties, under the
security tab, that "SYSTEM" was granted full access to
everything. At the time I had both "Everyone"
and "SYSTEM".
So I thought I'd removed"SYSTEM", then re-add it, and
save. I thought maybe it was just a quirk. My fingers
were too fast, and instead of SYSTEM, I removed "EVERYONE".

Now my access to C: is denied. How can I get "EVERYONE"
back to where it should be? I have several other drives
attached... Nont having access to my C: can really be a
pain ....

By default administrators should also have full control to the drive/root
folder. Try logging on as an administrator and adding back users/everyone as
needed. If the administrator does not have permissions, then he can always
take ownership first in folder properties/security/advanced - ownership.
After being the owner, then he can changed permissions as need be. ---
