Removed all my toolbars

Trying to set security. Set admin and user groups but
then went to startup and uncheck everything! Now all I
see is my switchboard and can't get the admin toolbars
back - can somene help me find them.

Try using F11. This will work as long as you didn't deselect the Startup option "Use Access
special keys". If you deselected this item, then close your database. Hold down the Shift key
while re-opening it.
