remove Yahoo as default email sender

Word Hi, I always used Outlook to send any Word file from my PC (File ->Send
to...-> Mail recepient as attachment, and it would open Outlook).
Apparently I accidentally clicked 'Yes' to a pop-up window with a question
'Always send e-mails through Yahoo' - or somthing alike. Now every time I try
to send a Word file, it opens log-in window for Yahoo!
Please, help me return to my old convenient ways sending through Outlook!
 
Click on Start | Control Panel | Internet Options | Programs tab
| E-mail: Outlook | OK.
