remove underline from view

In Outlook 2003, how can you remove the underline from the view that has your
emails listed, like in your In Box.
 
Huh? Do you mean the gridlines? If so, go to View, Arrange By, Current View,
Customize Current View, Other Settings, and choose No Gridlines.
