Remove toolbar

Google has somehow installed a toolbar in my Internet
Explorer toolbar list. I know how to hide the toolbar,
but how do I DELETE it from the list so it can never be
turned on?

In the Google Toolbar go to Help >> Uninstall.
 
Hi Jason - Google is a "well behaved" and responsible vendor generally, not
malware as so many are. Show the Toolbar, click on Google, then on Help,
then on Uninstall . . . You'll be taken to an Uninstall Page which will
let you remove it.
