remove this strange posts

Hi.

Is there here any forum moderator/administrator who can remove the chinese
post that has nothing inside and the ones that are only garbage?

Microsoft has a spam-removal crew that do a not-altogether-effective job of
removing spam and offensive or off-topic posts. I wish they would do a
better job. The have said they will not automatically remove a post in
Chinese or another foreign language unless they can determine (without
necessarily speaking the language) that it is off topic.

Even empty posts are problematic, as we get a certain number of posts where
the entire question is in the subject, and the body of the post is blank.
