Remove the "ques" so the info appears but not the que "Title"

How do you remove the "ques" such as "Job Title" but keep the information.
For instance, I would like to put the full name and then under that put "and
family" or "and staff" but do not want "Job Title" or "children"...to appear.
 
Unclear question. Appear where? Normally it is best to populate Outlook's
fields with the data they are designed to hold. You control the output at
the time the address is inserted into a document.
