I am not using cached mode with Outlook 2003, however, the sync issues folder
still appears. Is there a way to remove the folder?

Were you using cached mode at one point?
Have you talked to your network admins?

As sad as this may sound....I'm the sys admin...

Anyway... it is possible that someone erroneously set the original outlook
profile up to use cached mode. We are using Outlook 2003 and Exchange 5.5
btw.

We have tried removing the outlook profile on the local machine and
re-creating it NOT using cached mode, but the sync issues folder never goes
away.

Can you remove it in OWA?
Or, just leave it there & not worry about it?
Or, better still, re-enable cached mode, which is way cool?
